Our Onboarding team owns your Community build and sits at the centre of a team of experts. Your dedicated Onboarding Manager co-ordinates with our internal specialists across:

- Insight: Planning a schedule of launch activities to create an instant impression for members.
Onboarding a new Community
We’ll design an onboarding roadmap which guides you through every step of creating your new Community, from design to build to launch.
Communication is key; we’ll keep you informed with regular progress updates.
We know your Community is an extension of your brand – it’s crucial that look and feel, content and tone-of-voice, feel authentic. We’ll support you in engaging your stakeholders, and crafting Community designs and content that instinctively read as ‘on brand’.
Transitioning an existing Community
When switching Community suppliers, it’s essential to bring existing members on the journey with you and minimise the time during which your Community might be out of action. We’ll create a comprehensive plan, covering the key areas to consider covering:
- Member comms: Keep them in the loop about the switch and create excitement.
- Member transition: Ensuring up-to-date profiling and GDPR compliance.
- Domain transition: Keeping your existing Community name, if required.
- Timings: Ensuring ongoing research is possible and minimising downtime.
- Data transfer: Transferring historic member data.
