“Everyone is willing to help and if you’ve done something wrong, you just learn from it, there’s a no-blame culture.
It’s also a great place to learn, as there are many technologies that we use. I’ve learnt all sorts of things in the time that I’ve worked here; picking things up like Docker, ASP.net, Java, etc. So there’s never a moment where I’m not learning.
Overall, it’s a great team to work for – the people are kind and respectful. Everyone’s opinion is heard and you’ll feel very valuable here.”
