Reporting 26% revenue growth

Researchbods are proud to report 26% revenue growth for the financial period July 2020 to June 2021.

We attribute this growth to a relentless focus on delivering agile insights for clients, continuous investment in new products and services delivered via our proprietary platform ex-plor, and to increased demand for multi-country insight communities.

Researchbods has a growing and loyal portfolio of international clients including Deliveroo, O2, ITV, HSBC and Hearst. With the launch of ‘ex-plor lite’, a pop-up community designed for quick turnaround research, we have attracted a significant number of new global clients looking for in-depth insight delivered at speed.

Kate Davies, Consumer Insight Manager Global at Deliveroo comments:

In the same fiscal year, Researchbods has welcomed 23 new hires, bringing the headcount to over 100, and made 13 promotions. The company also launched a new Customer Success division to ensure clients achieve both their short and long-term goals. Researchbods is planning to continue its growth trajectory into 2022 to meet the ever-increasing demand for agile customer insight, real-time data capture and analysis, and access to the most innovative insight platforms.

For the financial period July 2020 to June 2021, the STRAT7 group saw revenue grow by 63%, driven by increased demand for the group’s range of customer-centric consulting services from existing clients, attracting multiple new clients, and through the acquisition of Crowd DNA.
