Launching our enhanced global support service ‘Expert Lab’

We’re proud to launch ‘Expert Lab’, our new approach to training and support for insight community clients.

‘Expert Lab’ will be headed up by Lucy Alexander, who has been at Researchbods for 5 years having worked on insight communities for national and global clients including ITV, Coca-Cola, Asda, National Trust and First Direct.

The service aims to tap into the combined expertise of the 120 strong Researchbods’ team to uncover new opportunities for clients of the proprietary insight community platform ex-plor.

‘Expert Lab’ offers bespoke packages depending on a specific client’s needs and the nature of their insight community.

It will be underpinned by the ‘expert library’, a comprehensive knowledgebase that helps clients become ex-plor experts with guidance on day-to-day tasks as well as strategic advice.

The team will offer ‘ask us anything’ drop-in sessions to help troubleshoot any questions a user has. Formal online and face-to-face training is also available.

Community ‘health checks’ can be conducted to help clients understand performance and actionable recommendations for long-term success.
