Why this matters
With the Community Insight Tracker Survey, we built more than a research tool – we created a feedback loop that brings real voices into real decisions.
The insight gathered gives Asda and The Asda Foundation a holistic, dynamic view of need – not in theory, but in practice.
Through this approach, a major organisation is changing how it shows up for communities and this award is recognition that it’s working.
